Since 2006, over 6,500 members of the University have joined the HKU Marathon Team. Thank you for your continuous
support!
The Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2013 will be held on
Sunday, February 24, 2013. Registration for the Standard Chartered
Hong Kong Marathon 2013 is fast approaching.

CONGRATULATIONS! Over 2,600 HKU
Centenary Marathon Team runners participated in the Standard
Chartered Hong Kong Marathon on Feb 5!
For the first time, we have FOUR winners:
(from left to right)
1. Ms Yu Wing-hay, a medical student
10km Challenge: Champion (Women's Senior); 2nd Runner up (Women's
overall)
2. Mr Chan Wah-kwai
10km Challenge (Men's Master 2): 2nd Runner up
3. Ms Rachel Sproston
Half Marathon (Women's Master 1): Champion
4. Dr Angela Leung
Full Marathon (Women's Master 2): Champion
A big THANK YOU to the Support Team of over 250
students, staff, alumni and runners' families who cheered for the
runners along the various race routes, HKU Bachelor of Chinese
Medicine (Full-time) Alumni Association for providing the
therapeutic service for runners, the sponsor of the HKU Centenary
Green Team Uniform, and all those who have been supporting the Team
since its inception in 2006!
